Join Bella Blue for an 8 week journey into the art of burlesque. We will meet weekly at The Original Nite Cap. We will meet for 8 weeks (barring any major weather events, etc) uncovering all the aspects of burlesque including history, act and character development, makeup, striptease technique, and more.
At the end of the workshop, each student will have the opportunity to perform in the Student Showcase (think adult dance recital) which will take place at The Original Nite Cap.
Since 2008, Bella Blue has been teaching the art of burlesque in New Orleans and beyond! Whether you are interested in getting on stage and adding burlesque to your list of talents or you are just wanting to have a life changing experience that will expand your self expression and creativity, this workshop will nurture your need for the tease.
- Cost : $400 (can be broken up into 2 payments)
- Workshop with include instruction on history, technique, makeup, costuming, 1 private session with Bella Blue, exclusive discounts with local vendors, and more.
